   We used Peterkins most recently to sell our house in Aberdeen and I cannot praise the team highly enough. They were very pro-active and highly responsive. We were hugely impressed and would highly recommend them. We felt we always had access to a real person that could help answer any questions or concerns that we had (even holiday periods were really well covered). Selling a house is a stressful process and they were constantly available for advice and to answer any concerns that we had. The level of service is second to none as well as the depth of knowledge on the local market.    After many experiences with letting agents over the years that have left lots to be desired, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent communication and support during our tenancy. Usually it feels like all the effort of the letting agency goes to the landlords and the tenants are left behind with 1/2 fixes for problems and poor communication. Susan and everyone at Peterkins raised the bar and made our experience in their managed property our best ever. Thanks to the team! I’d recommend them for anyone renting in Aberdeen.

   When I first moved in the flat it was filthy. Couldn’t move in properly until it they partly (poorly) cleaned it days later. In the middle of winter I told them the window doesn’t shut, nothing done about this for weeks until I call again begging them to do something. 3 months after moving in, I’m informed that I’m being evicted so the flat can be sold. They send a surveyor around to value the flat but he breaks the lock and leaves. I come home from work, cannot get in, call Peterkins who are shut but have a voicemail which suggests leaving a message if it is an emergency. Absolutely no good to me who is now homeless for the night. Extremely disappointed by Peterkins, would not recommend to anyone.
