   Very rude staff. Especially Maureen the manager. I wonder who recruited her. Emails are very aggressive and no apologies whatsoever even when they are in the wrong. I will not even recommend this place to a waste management company. I suffered this firm as the letting agents for the property I was renting. I honestly think they over complicated the whole tenure of stay with frequent inspections, frequent emails, always someone coming around, giving me a very high sense of unsettlement. I paid £600/ month for my rent however I was treated like a pauper who was just given a favour to find somewhere to lay his head. Even after renting for over a year, I am still receiving silly emails after my lease is over. Mackinnons.... run away from them.

   Mackinnons acted for us during the purchase of a property recently. It was not a very pleasant experience. They eventually got the job done but along the way they provided some very inaccurate information about a property and caused us unnecessary worry and concern about another due to poor/ inappropriate communication. Not an experience I'd care to repeat.
