Smallish well located local club. We'll set up for the type of function I attended. Bar prices very reasonable to. Lovely friendly bar staff.

Lovely village people, very community spirited, and hall is great to rent. Its a good snooker club to has two tables.
A Saturday night with a difference but oh what a night ! We’re from Lichfield , our friends from Preston . We were all staying at Manor Hotel in Alsager and were discussing how we were going to spend Sat evening - stay in Hotel for a meal , book a restaurant in Alsager et al . I said what about a Northern Soul night at Verdin club ( I’d done a bit of pre planning! ) - bit of an expensive taxi journey but hey ho ( more of that later ) . We were all onside with that and all agreed that we’d get to Moulton first and eat there or Northwich. Taxi booked and off we go - the longest 18 mile cross country journey I’ve ever undertaken ( not sure if we ever managed an A road ) . Eventually stop right outside a decent looking pub in Moulton only to discover that they didn’t do food nor did the other pub in the village . We’d already had a few drinks and were starving by this time . The girls walked down to the Chinese and me and my mate headed over to the Verdin where we polished off 2 pies apiece. The music was wonderful as was the crowd in there - very friendly lot all round and many thanks for making us feel so welcome . Taxis there and back cost us £105 ( return was £60 up front !!) but , against that , where can four of you dine in such style for
Going to a private party and had to walk around the back of the building in the dark. Once inside it improved. Clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced drinks with pleasant staff. Good venue for a party
