Great experience with Cycle Law. My case wasn't straight forward due to luck of witnesses. Jo was brilliant in dealing with my case and I am very happy with the outcome! Really, it couldn't be better! My colleague has recommended me Cycle Law a while ago and I cannot be more thankful to him for that.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Roz and her colleagues at Cycle Law Scotland after my bike crash last summer. They secured replacement costs for my bike whilst the wider claim continued - and did not include that in the final bill calculation. I was really pleased with the payment they secured and the way they dealt with all aspects of the process. No hard sell , no pressure - just a professional service from experts who also happen to be cyclists.

I would highly recommend Cycle Law Scotland for representation and support following a hit and run incident I suffered while out on a training ride. Roz Galloway has been exceptional to deal with throughout, as a competitive cyclist Roz was able to represent me fully with her expertise in cycling and her understanding of the physical and mental effects this had on me. Roz kept me informed throughout every step of the claim, ensuring I received all the support I required, going over and beyond to make a full recovery. I am grateful to Roz and the team at Cycle Law Scotland for the compassion, dedication and support they provided me at a time when I was vulnerable and in distress, I could put my trust in Roz in the knowledge that she was working tireless to get the best outcome for me. Once I made a full recovery CLS kindly invited me to take part in the Tour of Tweeddale Sportive, it was a pleasure to finally meet Roz and the team and put a face to the Team that worked hard on my behalf. They made me feel so welcome and grateful that I could get back on the bike again and since return to competitive racing. If anyone else is unfortunate to be in the same or a similar situation, I would 100% recommend CLS to represent them and rate them 5-stars for the service. Thank you to Roz and The Team. I am very happy with the service I received from Cycle Law Scotland and their help during my personal injury and accident claim. I was hit by a car whilst out on a training ride and although lucky to walk away with minor injuries and get back on the bike within days, there was substantial damage to my bike resulting in thousands of pounds worth of damage. I reached out to Cycle Law Scotland after my accident and from first contact to final settlement, they completely handled everything for me on my behalf and were a joy to work with. This is not my first accident and injury claim and I have had really frustrating experiences in the past dealing with insurance companies myself, but this time Cycle Law Scotland handled all of that for me and always kept me up to date in a timely and professional manner. A special thanks must be given to my lawyer Roz Boynton who handled my case. It was clear to see that Roz had a wealth and breadth of cycling knowledge and experience within the legal profession which really makes a difference from standard lawyers. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Cycle Law Scotland and I'd recommend them to any other cyclist who is unlucky enough to have an accident on the road.

Dealing with Roz in Aberdeen was a great experience. Having been hit from behind by an uninsured driver and fracturing my elbow I was concerned by the whole compensation process. Roz guided me through the process and dealt extremely with the particularly difficult insurance company. As a cyclist herself she completely understood my situation and this gave me huge confidence in getting a good resolution. As a British Cycling member I was contacted by their solicitor but was unimpressed by their manner, but immediately felt understood by Roz. I would highly recommend the service from Cycle Law Scotland if you are involved in a cycling accident in dealing with any claim.

100% recommend Cycle Law Scotland for any cycle related accidents! Roz was excellent from start to finish, advising me on the best way forward and maximised my claim using her specialist cycling knowledge on both equipment replacement values and injury claim. Very professional yet very approachable on all matters, answering all my queries with no nonsense answers.

In February 2015 I had an accident with my bike, a car driver did not see me at the round about next to the Ovni center and run over me, likely I was able to survive. This accident destroyed my bike and damaged my left shoulder seriously. I did not know what to do, so the following day I went to a bike shop and told one of the employees what had happened. She recommended me to contact with "Cycle Law Scotland", because they helped her one time and she was very happy with them. So I contacted them and they provided me a lawyer, Jodi Gordon, by then my English was very poor, and it was hard for me explain what happened clearly, she was very patient from the beginning. From the very first time she was very kind and attentive. She worked hard to find the best doctors, the best phycologist and the best for me. After 3 years I had to underwent a surgery, by then I was living in Scotland by my own, I did not have any help from family to look after me after the surgery and I asked her if would be possible to get the surgery in Spain, and she found the way how to undergo the surgery in Spain. one year after the surgery my shoulder was not the same anymore and Jodi Gordon tried to find a solution for that, she again contacted with the best professionals to try to find out a solution. Then the Covid happened and by then I had to moved back to Spain for family issues and during these 3 years she was contacting me every 3 months to keep me updated. During more than 7 years she has been working hard to make sure the court did not close my case, and finally I can say happily that I got what I deserved for my permanent injuries and this has been possible because Jodi Gordon is an amazing lawyer and human kind I will always greatful to her and all her team. THANKS A LOT FORALL YOUR HELP AND HARD WORK DURING THESE 7 YEARS.
