While you can eventually get the tasks completed, the experience is overwhelmingly chaotic. There’s a severe lack of communication with customers, no coordination between teams, and weeks-long delays in returning calls (if you are lucky). In one instance, they claim to have sent some of the final documents by post but neither they updated me about that nor provide any tracking details. After almost six months of dealing with them, it feels as though they are either too overwhelmed to meet your needs or simply not interested in addressing them. For the fees they charge, the level of service is a bit disappointing and falls far short of expectations.

We enlisted Alex Hutcheon’s firm to help obtain an Apostille for a foreign document. The communication from the firm during the process was constant. Adrianna, a trainee solicitor, was professional, knowledgeable and showed great perseverance, having to frequently contact the outside agency responsible for providing the Apostille. We have used Alex Hutcheon’s firm over the past two years for other property concerns. They are a hardworking group, showing patience and care.
