I spoke to the lady on the phone. gave her details of the problem we have. which is that my son committed suicide 1yr 3 months ago since then we have not seen our grandchildren due to his wife. first thing the lady said was we would need a payment of £5000 paid to their account. wow just wow. and you wonder why solicitors get a bad name
