   I live in Stonehaven & was selling a flat in Aberdeen but decided to use the Collies in Stonehaven as opposed to a firm in Aberdeen, as I have used them many times before & had excellent service. My decision was the correct one. Moira & Emma in the property department were truly excellent once again. Emails & calls were replied to very quickly & their advice & help was second to none. Because of their advice, I actually received more for my flat than I was actually prepared to accept. Every part of the process was made so easy & always with a friendly smile or email. Emma & Moira are indeed an excellent asset for Collies & I will look nowhere else for any future property transactions. I must also mention Mary, the solicitor who ensured the process of selling was carried out efficiently.
