   Chris, Sam, Michelle and the team went above and beyond to support us with our first time buyer mortgage application when racing the April 2025 stamp duty changes. Despite the industry overload across the country they successfully turned around our urgent mortgage request at short notice in just a few short days. This enabled us to achieve a miracle two week turnaround from offer to completion. The team couldn’t do enough to guide and support us, answering all sorts of ad hoc queries and ensuring we had full transparency of what was happening with the mortgage provider so that we could co-ordinate other aspects of the move and take the right gambles. This team were pinnacle for us being able to complete on March 31st and we couldn’t have asked for more.
