   Lewis was recommended to us by a family friend. I contacted him to arrange an initial zoom meeting which was set-up in a very timely manner. Lewis listened carefully to mine and my wife’s goals, suggesting a variety of different options to help safeguard our family’s future. He was open and knowledgable, as well as generous with his time and experience. I appreciated his honesty and no pressure approach.    I needed to speak quite urgently to a Society of Later Life Advisers IFA about my mother's care home fees. I contacted Lewis just before Christmas, and he got back to me very quickly - leaving me a voicemail about the main considerations, and even offering to email me over the Christmas break when Grosvenor Birch was shut! I did not take him up on this - everyone needs a Christmas holiday - but was very impressed and grateful for the offer. My husband and I had a Teams call with Lewis in the New Year, where we discussed not only my mum's situation, but also our plans for our own family. Lewis provided excellent advice and food for thought, and also got back to us via email about a particular point which came up. After our Teams call, it was clear that there wasn't anything we needed Grosvenor Birch to do at this point - however we definitely plan to go back to Lewis in future when we are ready to take the next step.    I contacted Grosvenor Birch Limited for some advice on how to manage my money and income and I wanted a local financial advisor. I've had no experience before in talking to a financial advisor so I didn't know what to expect or how the process worked. Sara was really helpful in giving me personal advice, made me feel confident in my choices so far and provided useful information and links. Sara explained the services that Grosvenor Birch offered and we agreed that they weren't right for me at the moment but I wouldn't hesitate to contact Sara again in the future if I'm in a position to use them.
