    Just strangely unprofessional. Had appt to set up sale of house.... And 25min after time Marie had given I called office and was told she had only left 10 or 15mins ago.... No message, no communication. Had to cancel as had work at 11. Just a waste of time. Wouldn't be able to use as would expect someone wanting to view would see that sloppy, unprofessional attitude as a deal breaker. If this is there attitude in a slow market I want nothing more to do with them.

    Don't use for buying selling property. I asked for information on the deeds and did not receive it until days before the sale was supposed to happen. This was despite multiple prompts over a 10 week period. You would be better off doing your own conveyancing. I thought I might get Blackadder. I got Baldrick instead.

    One star goes to the Aberdeen office, re property sale. Absolutely unprofessional, they don’t return calls or emails in timely manner, one of the agents particularly was rude and lacking any professionalism/courtesy. Very difficult to do business with them.
