   Had a missed call on the morning of my prepaid pick up. Returned the call to explain that my flight had been cancelled, only to be told my hotel didn't exist (odd, it was booked and looked very real. Perhaps some should tell the Holiday Inn at Aberdeen Airport). But I gave my name and told them not to travel. 15 minutes later, another call, I told them the same. I gave 2 stars because at least they called

   I contacted the taxi service at 5:03 on 20/9 and was quoted an estimated fare of £7 for my journey. Upon arrival, the meter displayed £8.60, but the driver manually adjusted it to £9.60 without prior notice, later stating that weekend rates were doubled. While I am grateful safe transport from the station to my destination, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the fare. I hope this feedback encourages clearer communication in future.

   Have used this firm many times when we visit Aberdeen including a number of times this weekend arrived on or near time drivers and cars clean and tidy only for them to spoil it all booked a taxi last night to take us to the bus station this morning 13/7/2025 no show phoned them cab is on the way no show phoned again cab was now not on the way and there wasn't another available. Myself and my wife who is disabled had to walk to bus station only catching bus with 2 minutes spare. Will be back in Aberdeen probably this November but won't be back in an Aberdeen taxi

   Called Aberdeen taxis for a city-centre to airport run on a very busy pre-Christmas morning. The three companies I called first could give me nothing for at least an hour and a half. Aberdeen Taxis had an extremely courteous and competent driver at our hotel within 10 minutes. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

   Ordered a taxi on a quiet Sunday late morning. Was told the taxi would be 15 minutes but after 35 minutes no taxi. Other people ordered rainbow and got a car straight away. We missed our train. Edited after business reply. We did NOT book via an app. We spoke twice to a member of staff who advised of expected times and was advised 15 mins and then when we queried were told the driver was very close. If we had know we would have to wait so long we could have walked or got another company. Thank you for your quick reply. We personally won't be using your company again.

   Needed a taxis on the day of the Queens funeral. We got a text message to confirm booking and when taxis was dispatched. Derek turned up quickly. He was chatty and very courteous. Got us back to our hotel quickly. Great driver and very efficient service. Would be more than happy to use them again. Well done Aberdeen taxis.
