Fare home was as quoted by your office and the driver was very nice so no problems there. However!!! The driver who quoted us in Evan St just down from the Carron said £25 -30 ! We thought something was up as Dash have had good press re their festive fares . A bit of investigation needed maybe? Happy to help if you want to call
Made a booking 30mins in advance however driver was 6mins late. Car turned up yet had a vehicle warning light on the dash, the yellow engine management light however when we addressed this with the driver he didn’t speak enough English to satisfy his reason for driving the car let alone in a passenger capacity.
I contact Dadh cabs from London to arrange pick up at Aberdeen airport with three large heavy cases. Lady driver arrived on time and with car large enough to take all cases. Very much appreciated and at the agreed fixed price.
A brief visit to Stonehaven and trying to make the most of it, we booked Dash Cabs via WhatsApp to take us to the train station (only a mile away, but uphill – so a cab made perfect sense!). Plans changed thanks to Storm Amy, but Dash Cabs couldn’t have been more accommodating. Everything was rearranged with no fuss, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. I've used Dash cabs many times and always found them super reliable, but they really went above and beyond tonight. My flight was badly delayed because of Storm Amy, and they kept in touch the whole time and made sure someone was there when I did finally land. Ordered a taxi for a specific time to take us to a restaurant for a meal, unfortunately a driver went off sick and the taxi was going to be late. Was called to be told this was the case. Lady on the phone very pleasant and apologetic. The driver indeed turned up 5-10 minutes late as we were informed. He also was very pleasant, we arrived at the restaurant on time. No hassle. Have used Dash cabs on many occasions and have always found them to be on time, good price and cheery drivers. Will continue to use them in the future.
Great service from start to finish. Very helpful and easy to deal with When I changed from the minibus to the 8 seater it was no problem. Refund was quickly , well immediately processed, no hassles Taxi arrived promptly, was very clean and the driver very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend this company.
