My husband called at 10pm last night to book a taxi for 7.15am to take him to the airport today. When he called to ask if they were struggling to find us he was told there was no cars and that driver who took the call had made no note of it!!
Exceptional customer service lovely drivers can't fault. Never let me down central who has rude women on phones
My wife called for a taxi tonight at 22.50 to take her home from Inverurie train station. The response was that there were no taxis available and then she was hung up on. She called back immediately to ask when a taxi would be available. She was told there were no taxis available until 00.30. No request for a taxi should ever be hung up on and why as a licencee is Alpha unable to provide a taxi in a reasonable time even on a Saturday evening? This is dreadful service & completely disrespectful.
Anyone but alpha. Id never use their service again. I called for a taxi and it didnt arrive in 30 mins so I called and was told twice that he was on his was, I asked a time and he hung up. The taxi eventually arrived after waiting 40 minutes and the guy driving had a similar attitude. It would have taken me 20 minutes to walk home too but I thought the taxi would have been quicker. Id never use them again and I hope others see the negative reviews they have and stop using their service too. Extremely rude and a poor service.
They claim they are dog friendly. I booked a taxi on two occasions and had my dog. They sent an older gentleman who was nothing but rude about the dog gave me a lecture the whole way abouy why dogs shouldn't be in his car and how he would have to get his car cleaned bearing in mind I have a minature dog. The next time I asked for a dog friendly driver and they assured me that would be the case and low and behold it was the same guy having a carry on about it. Then he goes on the radio and tell the lady that this woman has a dog and they replied saying oh I didn't know wich was rubbish. They also did this to another lady and the man was so rude . Wont use again. If its that much of a problem for the driver dont take dogs
I have never in my life been spoken to the way I was just spoken to. Absolutely disgusting will Never use this company again. Absolutely shocking!!
nice drivers, the driver who took me to the vet around midnight, he told me just pay me later, also left my phone in his taxi so he quickly met with my driver on way home and returned it, and i was trying to give tip but he was like nah just keep your note, as i had ill cat in box. 3rd lass driver real sweet, another sudden emrgncy vet, rang to ask to tell driver i need extra min to get cat in box and he yelled down phone, obviously i couldn't return the favour needing a vet but his defence there were school kid pick ups due. anyway 4th driver mega nice/sweet too. Fk me long review but gd cabs.
Driver was a bit concerning... knew all the houses of previous drop offs of women that were "hot"...
Booked a taxi for midnight and we waited outside from 23:59 to 00:25 so we phoned again and they lied and said taxi waited from 23:55 to 00:10 so they said they would send another taxi and they never did
Phoned and booked a taxi a day in advance. Taxi was due to arrive next day at 1:15pm but never arrived. On phoning, I was met with a rude man who couldn’t care less and said he would get one when he could. Not a great customer service at all and as visitors to the area, for a wedding, I wouldn’t recommend! Thankfully another company came to the rescue last minute!
