Taxi for airport that i had booked night before cancelled 10 minutes before pick up, I made alternative transport, they then said they did have a car 15 mins away, When i said I didn’t need it all i got was a cheeky reply, totally unprofessional service

Very good service,have used them for years, unfortunately the App is very poor. don't bother with it, just phone.
Pre-booked taxi arrived late, drove illegally fast, and charged £45 for an under 20 minute journey. Will be avoiding in the future. Booking system was efficient and easy, but let down by driver & cost.
Prompt, friendly but professional, understanding driver as he had to stop mid-way to let me nip out his car to get keys. Happy with price - all good
