These people are experts at putting the clients at ease in their company, arriving exactly on time every time, and they never complain about anything, I've had no problems with them ever, despite even public concerns during COVID lockdowns.
Have used Central taxi for a while, the drivers are nice. But last night I booked a taxi to pick up a passenger from airport today, and we agreed to meet at pickup point and I also told them the flight No. and phone number, but no driver was there. Called on Oct 1st, 2025 about 11:20am, the women picked up the phone was really rude, she said no oder first, then she changed her saying, said passenger has to call them after pickup the luggage, or else they won't send a driver there, what's the point of booking in advance if we have to contact after getting the luggage? Before I had a chance to answer, she just hang up the phone. After we gave up, during the waiting, the driver unexpectedly arrived. So women is wrong, she is rude and unprofessional.

Got me there quickly and fairly cheap
When one of their disabled vehicles broke down and we incurred 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting time with an unwell wheelchair user no discount was offered and we were told that the taxi had been booked for a different time and no discount would be possible. This was not the case, very little apology if any was offered and the new driver was reluctant at best to help moving the car to the appropriate place, drove too fast and without any care for other road users. He also got lost despite having a satnav. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone for a big, medium or small job. They made a difficult day even harder.
