Taxi today was fine, tried to booked taxi back lady started being instantly pedantic over the phone. Plenty of taxi services give yer head a wobble.
Very rude, poor customer service over phone, unnecessary bad attitude. Bringing overall standard down compared to alpha taxis
My son caught a taxi from Inverurie to Kemnay , the driver was dam right rude!! Threatened to take my son back to Inverurie .my son recorded the driver the way he was speaking to him. (Absolutely disgusting) I hope my son points him out when he’s out with me. The car was stinking of booze. Never use them again ever . Better with alpha taxis where they are polite and very nice to deal with
Worst school transport service ever!
Have been a customer for over two years now and was happy most of the time. Have recently become less reliable and have let me down several times. After waiting almost two hours and after four phone calls I still didn’t get a taxi. I don’t know if they have a change of office staff but they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Very poor service

I had an awful experience a few days ago with the most unpleasant taxi driver , rude and unprofessional, would have to say my experience has made me doubt I’ll ever get a taxi again ,
