   I recently appointed Stefan as my accountant to help with my self-assessment and tax issues for my sole trade business. I actually found him through a random Google search. He was local, so I gave him a call. From that very first call, I knew I’d made the right choice. There was no sales pitch, no “I’ll email you some info” nonsense — he was straight in, proactive and genuinely helpful. He understood exactly what I needed, cut through all the legal jargon and made everything clear and simple. When it comes to anything money or HMRC-related, there’s usually a bit of anxiety involved. But Stefan made the whole process easy. He built trust straight away, kept me reassured at every stage and delivered everything quickly and accurately. His responsiveness was exceptional and I never had to chase him for emails or calls, he was just on it every time.    I recently started working with Stefan after being left frustrated by the poor responsiveness of my previous tax accountant and his failure to resolve a longstanding issue with HMRC over a prior year tax reclaim. Stefan has been great to work with and the service which he has offered to date has been exemplary. Proactive and timely communication is always important and Stefan has provided me with regular progress updates as he’s dealt with my matter without any need on my part to chase up - hugely important and great to know your accountant is “on it”. Stefan is friendly, proactive and responsive and managed to quickly identify and resolve the underlying issue holding up my tax reclaim, which my former accountant had struggled to address.    I have been working with Stefan for the last few months after being recommended his services by a friend who already uses Stefan as his accountant. Stefan has been great to work with. He is the first accountant who I have worked with who has explained my accounts and tax to me. I feel I now have a better understanding of the numbers of my business and how my business is performing in general. I have been impressed at the speed Stefan responds to my emails/messages and the speed at which he finalises my payroll/VAT/year end accounts. This has been super helpful as he gives me plenty of warning of when all my taxes are due so I can plan and make sure I have enough money saved up to pay my taxes.
