   We initially approached Winchester Bourne through recommendation from another local business . Our knowledge of accounting, payroll and bookkeeping were basic to say the least. Through a series of enlightening and informative meetings we quickly came to realise that a relationship with Sarah and her team would be invaluable. Step by step we worked together to outsource all of our back office to Winchester Bourne. The relief and security that was offered to us made absolute sense and left both the Director and Manager with more time to focus on the day to day running of the store. Having a dedicated team at the end of the phone to answer any questions and knowing that thorough and rigorous monitoring of our accounts, payroll and company data were all in place was a huge relief. Likewise we looked to improve the overall management information for the Board. WB successfully migrated our accounts from Sage to Xero in 2017 which is excellent as it gives me up to the minute visibility of our accounts.
