   Very poor communication and service. Wasn't notified about the day they were planning on delivering and only got a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They sent my item on a pallet with no means for one delivery person to get it off the truck. When this was communicated to Pegasus they seemed surprised as it was loaded on with a pallet truck. They rescheduled delivery for the next day and I was told I'd get a call 30 minutes before they arrived but this never happened. Luckily I was at home otherwise it would have been another wasted attempt. I'd not recommend this company if you are looking for reliable service.

   Pegasus delivered a pallet of tiles supplied by a retailer based in England, to my domestic address in Aberdeen. Pre-delivery communications were helpful & timely whilst the delivery itself was perfect - the cheery & friendly driver placed my pallet carefully on the pavement outside my abode. Highly commend!
