Julie and Lorraine were absolutely brilliant. Came in, did their thing, no bother, had a nice chat and the house feels great afterwards. First time was for a deep clean throughout and second time just a bathroom and kitchen top up for guests. Whole service has been excellent.
Ellie and her fabulous team are courteous, friendly and no job is too small. Ellie is a star, she's thoughtful , considerate, always listens carefully to my requests and her team always deliver an over and beyond service. When they leave, my house is ultra-clean sparkling and like a 5* hotel. Becky, Dawn and Yvonne on the administrative and finance side answer queries and requests very promptly and are super helpful.

When my father moved into a nursing home his house needed a professional deep clean. I asked Bright & Beautiful to provide a quotation. The price was good value for money. I knew they would do a good job because they also cleaned my friend's home and they were very impressed. So I gave them the work. I trusted the team to let themselves in and treat my Dad's house with respect. Toni from Bright and Beautiful inspected my Dad's house upon completion to ensure everything was of a high standard. I visited the property a couple of days later and WOW! I was emotional to see Dad's house sparkling. It has never sparkled before. His tiles were sparkling, his mirrors were gleaming, his cupboards were clean and tidy. Everywhere smelled lovely. It made such a difference. I'd highly recommend Bright and Beautiful.
Originally got wrong date for them to come and look at the property (to confirm price etc). Rang back to arrange a new time and they never turned up! Obviously don't want the business yet said in voicemail that they could definitely come and do the dates I requested.
Wanted my house spotless for a relative staying for a while who would clean around for me. After having a deep clean there wasn’t a single area she was able to do so she relaxed and enjoyed her stay with us ! Would highly recommend even if it’s once in a while to keep on top of things when you don’t find the time!
Highly recommended, very efficient and professional. Did an end of tenancy clean for me which saved me a lot of time and worry and they did a beautiful job even organised a professional carpet clean for me.
