It was my first time going and Mark was absolutely amazing! Although I felt a lot of discomfort because of my sciatica, he helped to keep me calm by talking me through it and and taking his time to perform the therapy also. Will be going back soon!

I have had back problems for years. I keep active with walking every day. I also do Pilates and Yoga classes, which help keep me fit. I was having problems, tight hips, aches and pain from my hips down into my legs. Making for restless nights. I decided to contact Mark via his website to see if he could help. Mark advised what treatment would help. I now see Mark every 5 to 6 weeks. He has been very good and extremely helpful and I have definitely noticed a difference. He also advised stretches/exercises which I do at home. I feel very confident with Mark. He is always cheerful, helpful and very good.

I have visited Mark multiple times over the last two years and every time he has resolved my issues so he was the first person to spring to mind when my daughter injured her hamstring. She is a dancer and had just pulled her hamstring but had a very important audition within a week. We visited Mark who worked carefully and sensitively as she is only 16. We had two sessions before the audition and we are happy to say my daughter was able to smash the audition and was successful! She would not have been able to do this without Mark's help so thank you!!!!!

Mark came recommended to me when I started to experiencing pain in my knee whilst running. Having just signed up to run my first marathon it was important to find someone who really understood my issues as well as my goals. Mark assessed my symptoms, easily identified my IT band was the cause of my pain and set up a plan to get me back on track. We have worked together over the last few months and now my muscles are in great condition and I’m back training for the 2024 London Marathon, completely pain free! I’ve already booked to continue having sessions throughout my training block to keep my legs in the best shape for the big event. If you are looking for someone who is friendly, experienced and super knowledgeable, get yourself booked in with Mark.

Mark is an excellent masseuse and sports therapist. He is very knowledgeable and is quick to assess and understand the specific issues affecting various parts of your body, as well as how to tackle them through robust yet rewarding massage therapy. I never fail to complete a massage with Mark without feeling so much better for it. Highly recommended

I have had a few sports massages with Mark now and as a runner, often find my leg muscles get really tight as I often forget to stretch. Mark’s massages have been very beneficial and would highly recommend him

Been to lots of physios and osteopaths felt like I wasn't progressing very fair, Mark manages to improve things each time and adapts to any new pains or feedback and explains the reason for working in certain areas.

Before coming to mark i had extreme back and leg pain due to sciatica. Now i can go a week or two before i get any aches at all. And then it’s only mild compared to what it was like. Great guy and very professional.

I have been a client of Mark now for over 6 years and highly recommend him. I am a track sprinter and compete all year. I regularly need maintenance checks with Mark to ensure I do not suffer major injuries that may stop me competing. He knows where to target treatment and always gives practical advice/support. My teenage sons have also visited Mark as they both take part in athletics too. Its great to know we are all in safe hands. Thanks for keeping us running and competing mark!
