   They are actually worse than Evri. Was given a time window one day, no parcel. Next day they said it will arrive "before 6pm" so I have to waste my entire day waiting. They buzz my apartment and I'm waiting, the driver didn't come up the stairs!!! I went to look for the parcel and no idea where it was left. Pretty sure it's been stolen at this point, tried contacting customer service and they were useless, still waiting to hear back. So I'm down £90 and a Christmas gift. Thanks FedEx will be reporting to the police.

   I don't know if this company even deserves one star. A complete mess. Twice in a month, they failed to deliver the bike I ordered. Worse yet, the package was already in the warehouse in Aberdeen. Tracking the package was another misunderstanding... No time window to accommodate pickup. Just an email saying the package would be delivered by 6 p.m. You wait at home for two or three days, waiting for delivery. I call the office, and someone tells me the package is not in the warehouse, so it should be delivered today. They don't even know where the package is. After waiting all day... If the package isn't in stock and should be in the van... and after waiting all day, the package doesn't arrive... Where the hell is that package? I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER, use this company again. I will recommend it to everyone and remember it for the rest of my life. I think the best option would be to hire a van taxi and pick up the parcel, since the courier company doesn't know how to deliver parcels... Pathetic

   Unbelievable customer service by Quinn!!! I was having issues with setting up my shipment order. I’ve never used FedEx before and in hindsight I’d not do it on a phone as later I found out that sometimes the screen doesn’t show the whole page. After a lot of trying and failing I went up to this FedEx in the hope someone could help me. I soon realised it’s not really their job to help in that way and perhaps I should have tried customer service but Quinn the guy at reception was the friendliest most helpful person there is. He helped me fill in the forms, helped with the label and explained the payment process. I can’t express how great he was!!

   Absolutely useless, paid for expedited shipping which was meant to be 2-4 days. It has now been 7 days... Customer service is non existent. Chat bot keeps saying the same thing over and over that my parcel will be delivered by the commitment time... How does that work?

   Went up to Aberdeen to pick up parcels as I through my own mistake hadn’t checked my shipping address and therefore had to send parcels to that collection point. Staff were super friendly and collection point easy enough to find just over the road from Ikea. Fed ex know they need more collection points throughout the area and as this was on me I can’t fault them throughout the whole process as their app kept me informed of the delivery process and all the times.
