   Listen to this... This company, Evri, should be taken to court... This isn't the first time I've waited 10 days for a package... The package arrives in the city... It's already in the city, and after previous failures and the incompetence of the company, which couldn't deliver to my home address, I decided to collect packages from collection points. Now, for the best or for the worst... The company should attempt to deliver the package three times, only after these attempts can the package be returned to the sender. Imagine, the company couldn't even deliver to the collection point. After the first attempt, I received a message that the package was being returned to the sender even though it was already in the city. What this courier company is doing is utter incompetence, a lack of professionalism, and a waste of time for both the sender and the recipient. Next time, we'll see each other in court.

   Package hasn't moved from the depot in over a week. Unable to speak to an actual human to resolve the issue. Endless circles with automated services.

   Hermes are the worst in Courier services!!!. They leave the parcel outside for anyone to walk away with. And I have never had a delivery card from them yet. If you can avoid Hermes like Covid.

   It's not the parcel shops it's Hermes altogether. If I hear anything I have purchased is being delivered by Hermes - I seriously wonder how much time from then on I am going to have to spend trying to receive what I purchased. I am shocked that they are still in business.

   I Tried several to contact by number given on their website. Repeated texts received saying that they had tried to deliver, they said I was not in. This was not the case. Really disappointed with their service. Still have not received the delivery.

   A joke of a company, always claims they've tried to deliver but never do, even listed my mobile number so the driver could get in contact but they never do. 5 times now I've sat and waited for one parcel just to be messed around. Also they have no customer service number to get in contact with them.
