No available drivers. Non reliable. Parcels get delivered to the depot in ur local area early in the morning and you have to wait till a driver is available or if theirs enough parcels to deliver. Evri and Hermes needs to be closed for good or set up for free delivery!!!
Numerous times told that there is no room for my parcels. (does not matter day or time of drop off)There is always something not right, machine broken, no paper to print tickets, delivery coming so I can't take your parcel. Every time when I go to the shop I always get face "there she is again" and if they decide to take my parcel it is like the biggest effort ever. Last time I just was told no for no reason (small parcel, plenty room at the back). Avoid at all costs.
