   Terrible driver ,can't even a open building door as I was all day at home but my buzzer not working. Took a day off as I was expecting a baby buggy and driver was so lazy to wait or call Terrible service!!!

   Expecting a UK parcel. Still not received it. The online experience is so complicated it beggars belief. Expected my parcel, was then advised it had been put on hold, reason unknown!! Trying to navigate the DHL online help was like being put through hell's gate and back with no satisfaction. DHL please get a grip and seriously simplify your process.

   Their customer service is just atrocious, most of them cant even speak proper English, and they are contradicting each other. The service is just as flexible as a 5 cm diameter 1 meter long steel rod. Terrible experience.

   Paid for fast same day delivery. My parcel sits at the depot since 0900 and does not get delivered 35miles from the depot. Why? I Recieved message informing parcel is on its way then nothing. Then get an update that they couldn't be bothered attempting delivery. Genuinely my parcel travelled from Europe to Aberdeen quicker than it has the last 30 miles. Its redicolous considering the amount of drivers they have. Not acceptable. JD014600010496249843

   This is one of my preferred courier companies in Aberdeen and they continued to look after me well recently. When I could not received my parcel and the situation was complicated the local office worked with me to offer a ‘vacation hold’ and keep the parcel safe until I was available to receive it again. Very professional, polite and supportive.
