   Trevor removed a brick wall (circa 18 meters in lengths) and footings in the garden of the new property I recently moved in, so in turn we could access conifers, remove them and replace the fences. In terms of organisation, I called in on Allin Property Services as the first trade to come in, prior to the tree surgeons and the fencers. So to me it was important to get someone in who was good at communications, clear on timings & dates, and committed to doing the work once we accepted the quote. I had been let down by a couple of other builders/garden design people. Trevor was low key, reliable, great in communications and did all the things he said he would at the time he said he would. In terms of the work carried out, unfortunately, rain poured down and it was cold. That did not deter Trevor and one of his colleagues. They worked pretty hard, to a high standard and despite the weather. They also cleared up afterwards, were respectful of us and the neighbours (which mattered to me being a new comer) and did a great job. I’m very pleased with the work that was carried out. The timing was respected which enabled the tree surgeons to come in on time afterwards. I recommend Trevor and Allin Property Services to anyone who is looking for building work in their garden. I have asked them for further help on other maintenance work at the house.

   Roof hip tiles reinstallation - Trevor and team did a 5* job of removing and reseating two full rows of hip tiles which had come detached from old cracked mortar. Cleaned moss and debris from roof and cleared gutter while there. On time, professional, very friendly and reliable team - 100% recommend Allin Property Services

   Trevor swooped in to save the day after we got canceled on by the previous guy that was supposed to help us refurbish our flat. Great work ethic, reliable and fair are just a few words that describe Trevor perfectly. We knew from day 1 that we made a good decision hiring him so we ended up asking him to do some extra jobs for us on top of the initial agreement and like the great guy he is, he did them without hesitation.
