   Exceptional service from R Wilson Services. Our water heater was leaking. Phoned at 9:30am and spoke to Rob. Technician arrived at 11:30am. Problem fixed by 1:00pm. I would recommend this company. Great service and very professional. Thank Rob and the team.

   Mr Wilson visited my property as I thought I needed to have pipes altered as I was doing renovation work. He was able to recommend me a great alternative solution that was far more cost effective for me. He was very informative on how my boiler operated and what I needed to do to re-pressurise and also if I wanted taking off a radiator for more decorative works. He was patient, polite and highly trust worthy. Definitely would recommend!

   Having literally plucked the number off the internet for my 81 year old mum to have a total shower room revamp and modernisation I was a bit worried about dodgy workmen turning up. Good start was when I phoned them and actually spoke to a human being who picked up the phone. Barry called my mum the next day, arranged a visit that I attended and from then on things all slotted into place. Suite, flooring, paint tiles etc soon selected, price agreed and dates booked. Excellent workmanship by Craig who befriended mums small dogs. He was prompt and very tidy and kept mum informed of all the work completed. Barry popped in to see mum was happy on a couple of occasions and I was kept informed of extra costs incurred ( due to a damp wall literally needing rebuilding). Mum is really pleased with the new shower room and it was completed with as little disruption to her as possible. Would definitely recommend this company and would def use them again. Louise Lewis

   This is a family concern and they are very helpful for all plumbing work. They have serviced my boiler and system for many years and I have nothing but praise for the firm and their workers. They are very clean workers, professional and quick and efficient. They will also look after any elderly customers , giving good honest advice.    Awful customer service, to note-this was when speaking with the manager. There was a different problem with our boiler after a member of their team installed a part, I tried contacting and left a voicemail. No call back. The problem was intermittent and not urgent and a couple of months whizzed past so I called again, only to be spoken to with disrespect, rudeness, unnecessary information about his personal life and that that was why I’d had no call back. When I tried to ascertain and understand if the problem could have been because of the new part, he insulted my intelligence by being patronising, short, and clearly showed he had no time for me or my custom. He ended the conversation telling me to call Worcester as this was where the part had come from (but not installed by them). I did, and it was a different experience altogether. I was spoken to with respect, they had time for my questions and explained what may be happening after I informed them of the problem. Needless to say I have not returned to R.Wilson and have not been passing on any good reviews. In the mean while I have found a very genuine and down to earth plumber who came the next day and had great customer service. He is David J Barrow and I will be recommending him for the future.

   R Wilson are very good with picking up the phone on time and given appointment that they keep to. What I did not like about them is the actual quality of work done and their lack of accountability. I called for their services recently and each time of the jobs on the 3 occasions were half complete. When I called them to come back to fix the incomplete task, they charged me another £80 callout fee! Even though it was to come back and complete the task they did not finish properly in the first place. To cut the long story short, they have managed to make the situation in my toilet worse than when Initially called for their service so I won't recommend them.
