   Quoted £609 for a new windscreen. National quoted £283. Double the price, unsure why. Autoglass then dropped the price on the phone to £480. Company seems greedy and I recommend shopping around.

   Came down today for a small chip repair on my windscreen. Spoke to a very polite and useful man named Alex. Alex's customer service was exceptional and my car was finished within the hour. Alex also gave me directions to the nearest coffee shop so that I could wait for the car to be completed elsewhere if I wanted. I would recommend this particular location to anyone.

   Move onto another supplier - this morning I booked to have a replacement windscreen on a Hilux. The booking system picked up the full details of the car. I booked for Friday morning. Just now, 8 hours later they called and said they had no details of the car and couldn’t do the date that I booked but could do Thursday afternoon - so they had the screen but no staff. What dreadful systems they have / no linked calendar booking and faults transferring car details.

   Helpful and efficient service for getting my windscreen chip repaired. I found it slightly tricky to find - entrance door says fire escape on it so wasn't 100% sure I was going in the right place, but turned out to be, so all good!

   Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Was told it would take an hour, but took hour and a half, but refreshments were on hand in air conditioned waiting room. Only on driving away did i realise they hadnt done my wiper blade. But i have now been refunded this.
