   Absolutely fantastic, spoke to Matt yesterday, sent photos of problem on wattsapp, arranged appointment for this morning, he called as promised when he was on his way. Matt is a very pleasant, happy young man, fixed the washing machine, no fuss, no mess. We are very happy that we have a working washing machine again. Would highly recommend Matt, Absolutely brilliant from answering phone to fixing the problem, definitely a 5 star service.

   I phoned the company to diagnose a fault with dishwasher door. Engineer arrived promptly next day, diagnosed broken spring and rope, and ordered replacement parts. He rang up later to say parts would arrive the following week and agreed a date and time for their installation. He duly arrived and completed the job efficiently. Throughout, the process was thoroughly professional, and the engineer was punctual, courteous and communicative. A fantastic service!
