I purchased a rebounder in June 2023 but we found that, upon pulling it out again for summer 2024, the netting on it had perished. It was now just out of warranty. I contacted the Soccer Store and they agreed to send out replacement netting free of charge. This was great because the frame was still great and now my son gets to use it again. After buying some equipment around 6 months ago, unfortunately something had got damaged. I made an enquiry as to whether it could be fixed and received a speedy and professional reply, enabling a spare part to be dispatched to resolve the issue. Great experience with my first order. Ordered 2 x 12 by 6 goals. Unfortunatly one of the frames came damaged in transit. Raised this with the business and was asked to send images. Did that and a new set were sent straight out. Can't fault the customer service and I will defo be ordering more equipment.
