   We had LW Across Counties out to our goegeous George who struggles with pelvis problems. He’s part of our equine well being team at www.horsesforgood.org.uk and we like to provide the best care we can. Lauren was friendly & informative with us and brilliant with George, he’s had a very thorough massage and reiki , very caring, horse focused, absolutely no rush! & professional. George was a lot happier and relaxed afterwards & his assessment sheet came through quickly, Looking forward to working Lauren on getting George back into top condition. Definitely recommend.

   Lauren has massaged my horse several times, with great results. My mare is very sensitive and tends to be scared of lots of things, but she relaxes and enjoys her massage, with no uncomfortable moves being made by Lauren. Everything is horse-friendly.

   My horse has a history of getting a tight back when the arthritis in his SI joints has a flare up. He also has had a couple of periods of being on a reduced amount of work which has caused his top line to drop and this usually causes his saddle to bridge creating tightness in his shoulders and across his back. Lauren always does a thorough examination, checking his movement on the lunge, checking the fit of his saddle and then treating his whole body with particular attention paid to the problem areas. He really enjoys this and always relaxes well, letting her do her job. He can sometimes be a little reluctant with some of the stretches at the end, but Lauren always perseveres and it very gentle yet encouraging with him so he trusts her to give it a good try! Over the 3 years Lauren has been treating my horse he has made a huge improvement - the first treatment he didn’t even want to be touched where he was sore! Now I always see a difference after each treatment - it’s obvious he is a lot more comfortable moving around and is a lot more free moving! I’d really recommend Lauren for working with horses that are unsure or a little nervous as he can be really unsettled around new things but she has a very gentle and reassuring nature with them and you can tell she really cares about each and every one she sees!

   After suffering for over two years with carpel tunnel issues, and fingers with no strength or control. Having seen a various array of doctors, specialists and physical therapists, having Botox injections with no relief, a breakthrough finally arrived in the form of Lauren Whitmore! While visiting my son in the UK, I was introduced to this remarkable sports massage therapist. Lauren spent time with me discussing my pain and various concerns, she was disappointed that I’d had two carpel tunnel surgeries, sad that I hadn’t come to see her first, however she was confident that she knew how to fix the problem. For the first time in awhile, I was optimistic. She came up with a treatment plan, which after only three treatments was getting results. Today, I am overjoyed to report that I am typing this review pain free, I have strength and control of my hand and I can write again, something I’d always taken for granted, until now. Lauren is undoubtedly an expert in her field. Im so grateful for her time, attention and genuine care. She has definitely helped change the course of my life.    Incredible difference! I have had a reoccurring injury in my lower back that usually takes over a month to start feeling normal.    Very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lauren discussed with me what muscles were going to be worked on and the benefits as well as answering any questions I had! I had a few sessions on my legs when training for the marathon and I could definitely feel the benefits! I would definitely recommend to anyone taking on a sporting challenge or that take part in regular training or activity!
