   This company is absolutely awful I would have gave them no stars as they are that bad. When they clean your windows they ONLY use water that is it, not a bit of soap. Be careful with them setting you up on a contract after the 1st free clean its not worth it because they lie and say they have been to your property when they haven't and charge you every time they say they had been. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

   If I could give this no stars it would relate to the customer service and service I have received. Originally book this company for a full gutter clean and window clean with additional conservatory too. They promised I should receive a text message a day before to let us know when we should expect them. I never heard a single thing off them until I came home and found the minimum call fee was charged as I wasn't there. I rang up and said that I never heard a peep of you. A lady apologized and said she will book me in to what suits me as there calendar was pretty much free. I booked Friday the 28th after 12pm but stated after being messed about I didn't want my windows cleaning and the fact I just wanted my gutters all cleaned as you started a job so I want it finishing. Today has come and ukwindow cleaning team have turned up at 8:30am no message to say they couldn't make my appointment of after 12pm. I let him do my gutters despite missing my phisotherapy appointment now. He then notified myself that he couldn't finish the rest of my property as his machines couldn't access my gutters but still charged myself £47.50. I wouldn't mind but I have had several companies state they could clean my new conservatory and gutters for £60. To top it off he didn't have change so paid £50. As I did state I have been told you complete my gutter job so was exapecting to pay more for the whole job to be done. If you value 4 weeks of your time for the 1st job to be completed and still not to be completed, lack of customer care, service or satisfaction. I urge you to go elsewhere. And if UK window clean company like to actually speak to myself please feel free. So just to give a update on my complaint on They05/03/20 offered to come out on the 12th to do the remainder of my gutters for free and get the right equipment to do the job as a sorry for all the hassle I had. However since my review they have emailed to say they are no longer wanting to come out and reslove the issue as they haven't got the equipment to do the job. Feels odd they were happy to do it before the complaint. Stay clear.

   Awful Company, turn up twice on days when they were not booked in expecting full payment when only doing one gutter, bullied my wife into paying. Then when offered to come back on a day of our choosing they turned around and changed their mind. Awful company, would not touch at all!!!

   Free clean this week, very impressed indeed, my neighbour has made an enquiry too. Call Centre very helpful when I wanted to change the frequency of the visits. Have passed on your details to a few people I know and hope you obtain some more work. Thanks to the chap who cleaned my windows, hope it is the same person next time.

   I have had a bad experience with this company. It is not so much the clean but the "other part of the service" that they offer. This company sends out text messages to inform you they will be coming - and they are not. 2-3 texts (days o rweeks) later they finally decide to turn turn to clean the house. Sometimes they charge full price for half the house and sometime half price. When paid cash they do not record the payments and then chase you for second payment. So please be aware how you pay them as the cleaners do not disclose the cash received. Still fighting over the payments that they have not recorded so want them paying again. Really frustrating - would not recommend.
