Used K.C.S for years, since they first started out in fact. Always been reliable and helpful and very accommodating. Ben is very knowledgeable and when he re fitted one of my kitchens he worked tirelessly through the evening so I would be operational for our grand opening. Lou is always happy and helpful and always gets me the best prices when I've ordered new equipment. Would recommend to anyone in the trade.

It was a totally awful experience. 2 days ago I called up and I was wondering if they could help me repair the deep fryer. They said I will call you tomorrow morning at 11-12 to tell you if they can come and take a look. I did listen- it was a mistake. The next day I still haven't receive the call hence around 4 I called them regarding about the deep fryer, it was another person who answered saying that the person who I was talking to is not here currently. They said that they will call me when she's in . Great until now I still haven't receive any calls. Nothing fixed at all.
