Customer care at the Eastleigh branch was first class. On visiting to have my watch bracelet adjusted and battery replacement I was greeted by Annabelle. I highly commend Annabelle for her pleasant, attentive and helpful manner and is a credit to the company. This will certainly now be my preferred choice for any purchases in the future.
Yesterday we came over to have a piece of jewellery cleaned and we had the most pleasant experience with Alice. She treated my necklace with so much care and she was always smiling. I will definitely come back
Trurell in the Eastleigh Swan Centre branch was tremendously helpful. He brought silver chains out to show me, giving me excellent advice on choosing the best length and guage to fit my piece of jewelry. He also fitted a 'carrier' for me. I have mobility difficulties and he took great care of my specific needs. Always made me feel that my relatively small transaction was important and valued. It's always a lovely shop to use. I popped into David Mellor Jewellers in Eastleigh at lunchtime today to get my gold necklace repaired and asked a member of staff if she could help me. I showed her my necklace and she said that it hadn't snapped so she took it and then came back in a couple of minutes with it fixed and she told me that was free of charge but if I wanted it soldered that would be £15 so I decided to have it soldered anyway. While I was waiting in store we had a chat and she said that she was from their Andover branch and she was covering for someone. I didn't get her name but she was a beautiful blonde pregnant Polish girl and she was so helpful towards me. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend David Mellor Jewellers in Eastleigh, from another satisfied customer.
I took in a badly damaged signet ring - my Dad's wedding ring as it happens - the team in Eastleigh are so friendly and helpful, very professional and a pleasure to do business with. The ring was fixed in their workroom, attached to the shop (and viewable from outside via a glass panel in the wall) and it looks brilliant. I requested that the engraved monogram was left as it was - and it was - while the rest was restored and polished beautifully. Also bought a lovely plain silver ring, I've been looking for one for ages. Will definitely go there again if looking for jewellery.
