Tom's service is so much more personal than just buying something from a jewellery shop and his craftsmanship is excellent. When I started searching for Jewellers to help me design an engagement ring I really didn't know what to expect. I approached numerous shops and met with a few designers in order to create a bespoke piece for my fiancée, but none came across as kind or as genuine as Tom. Though doubtless Tom has a passion and great talent for his craft, it is his caring and thoughtful nature that goes far beyond the skill and many hours that goes into his work. He listens patiently, answers honestly and takes the time to understand who you are and what you would like out of the process. After hours designing, refining and choosing stones with Tom, the end piece that he created is absolutely stunning. I could not recommended Tom more highly.
Tom has made several bespoke pieces of jewellery for me and my husband over the years including our wedding rings, my engagement ring (later adapted to include extra diamonds for the occasion of my first child's birth), bespoke cufflinks as a wedding present for my husband, a gold band with an engraved pattern to match a sentimental piece of jewellery, handed down to me, 2 beautiful necklaces for special birthdays and numerous repairs of other pieces of jewellery. His services are professional, competitively prices, and of extremely high quality. His design service is particularly noteworthy, using traditional goldsmith methods and handmade elements from beginning to end. He has been so helpful when I have wanted a special piece of jewellery but have not found anything 'readymade', designing and making something completely unique and very 'me' based on a consultation. We will be back!
