I went in to see if I could have some jewelry repaired. I had a very honest assessment of what could be done at a cheaper price. Eventually I could repair one of the chain and I bought a silver chain to replace an old one. The sale assistant offered to polish it and gave me a nice box to go with it. A very pleasant experience! I bought a watch in for a new battery only to be told there was a problem and it needed to be sent to the watch mender. I was expecting it to be very expensive and was delighted to learn that although the old battery had leaked a little no damage had been done and the charge for cleaning was very reasonable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I can recommend them

Went here today to replace a battery in my wife's watch after seeing the reviews, the member of staff that greeted me was very helpful and understanding, she said she was busy and asked if I could come back later but I explained my wife and I were booked on a cruise to witch she replied give me 15 minutes and al see what I can. 15 minutes later sorted absolutely fantastic even made time to have a little chat to me about myself , holiday and and where I came from. Thank you it was good to talk something we both said needs to happen more. Would highly recommend.
