Don't use Shop 4 Supplements. I placed an order two weeks ago and have not received my item or any information regarding delivery. I emailed them several days ago to request information about my order and still have not received a response. I have attempted to contact them by phone but no one answers. Avoid this retailer.
Placed an order on 3rd December. I haven't received a dispatch notification nor have the items arrived. Trying to get an order update but the telephone number provided on the website rings out continuously and emails are not returned. Have also trying facebook messenger but had no luck there. Going to have to report it to bank as a scam at some point. Awful customer service, don't buy anything online from these people. UPDATE 13/12/19 I have had an email from the manager apologising for the lack of customer service and the issue has now been resolved.
If I could give a zero rating I would! I placed an order which never arrived. I sent multiple emails, facebook messages and tried calling but got no response. Finally got through to them by phone 2 weeks after the order was placed - they didn't give a reason nor an apology for the missing order but quickly agreed to refund my money. As of today, 11 days later I still have not received the refund, nor received a reply to my emails, nor have I been able to get through on the phone again. One more day with no feedback and I'll be reporting them to the bank as fraudulent/scam to reclaim my money.
Chose to order from here as the price of the suppliment was cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. Delivery time was OK but when you're ordering cheaper products you can't expect everything else to be as speedy. The last review moaning about customs taxes is ridiculous. When have you ever ordered something from abroad and not been shafted by customs? It's not the shops responsibility to pay your home countries custom taxes. I will definitely be shopping from here again in the future. Thank you.
Great shop. Really friendly staff and a wide variety of quality products. Who doesn't love a box of 12 mix & match quest bars for under £20!? They also stock some items from musclefood such as the pizzas and the steamed frozen chicken which is sooooo handy!!!
