I won't be taking any more items to the Mind Charity shop. I handed the volunteer a heavy box of books and crockery and she turned and dramatically dropped it on the floor making a huge bang. She was not at all bothered about destroying the stock I'd just given her. Not bothered about my feelings either which is disgusting because they are supposed to be a mental health charity.
