We have recently returned home after a 4 week stay at this wonderful villa on the Highland Reserve development. During the booking process Claire was amazing. Answering any questions we had with a prompt response. From booking until check out full information was provided. We had a small issue when we were at the villa, we called the management team and the issue was resolved very quickly and the team kept us updated throughout the day. The villa has everything you need to enjoy your time in Florida. The villa was very clean and the pool area was great. This is a quiet neighbourhood with lots of amenities near by. We especially enjoyed Mia pizza, near the local Publix. The pizzas were amazing! We look forward to visiting again soon.

The villa in Windsor Hills was exactly as it appeared on the photographs and was perfect for our holiday. The location was excellent and the villa was spotless. From the very beginning of booking our holiday Claire has been professional and extremely responsive. We had a small problem during our stay but Claire soon resolved it along with the team at Villas4UFlorida and allowed us to use the washing facilities next door to wash our clothes for going home. Windsor Hills is a great location for attractions, restaurants and security. The villa is clean with great facilities, we will definitely book with Claire again, nothing was too much trouble for her. Amazing service from Villas In Florida 2 Rent. Claire was able to source the most wonderful villa for a large group and meet several of our specifications that we asked for to meet our needs. Claire was able to answer any questions we had about the villa, location and accommodation. Claire was also amazing throughout the covid pandemic when the villa of our choice was no longer available. Communication was consistent throughout and Claire was able to provide us with an amazing alternative. I would highly recommend this small, family-run company. First of all, we would all like to say a big massive thank you to Claire, this is the first villa that we have booked through Claire and won’t be the last! The service Claire provides is definitely 5*!! We travelled as a family of nine including 3 children returning yesterday from a 15 night stay. The villa was beautiful and certainly met all of our expectations and needs. I would definitely recommend Claire and champions gate. The pool was brilliant and my son and grandchildren loved using it. We travelled as a family party of seven, the villa was outstanding, met all of our expectations and needs, it was immaculately clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our holiday. A fantastic stay at Champions Gate. A lovely home, and Claire was extremely helpful to us throughout. Will definitely be using again. The Villa was well equipped and had everything we needed, with a lot of space inside which ensured you never felt cramped. Take Claire’s help and advice throughout, a car would make your stay way easier and cheaper. Hopefully the roadworks on I-4 are gone soon and the journey time to the parks will be very quick and easy, but the toll roads are cheap enough and a useful way to get rid of the loose change. The Oasis club is useful on the day you check out if you have a late flight. Thank you so much.
Villa was great for our needs and well situated at Champions gate. Liked the security gate to enter the gated community which added another layer of security. The pool and spa were great with a fab water temperature for March. It was a wrench to get out of the pool on the last day! There was an issue that Claire and management company resolved to our satisfaction (no big deal though). Security deposit returned promptly too. Claire was timely in her responses and answered any queries fully. Would definitely book with Claire again. A great stay!
