   I like this store. I come here from time to time to look at discounts and new arrivals. I wish there were more hooks for clothes in the fitting rooms, because when you change clothes there is nowhere to hang your things

   I went to your shop, picked up 3coats hat in the sale , expecting pay the amount, went to pay , young just pulled stuff off the hangers !!! Said you pay this normal amount, said sorry don't understand, not done the sales prices, looking very confused!!! Said where did you get it from can't remember, so asking another member off staff, she was unaware??, couldn't stand much longer walked out , bad service, usually know what they are doing!! Sort what in the sales properly

   Could not have been looked after better. Went in for new walking boots. Huge range to choose from. Asked for some assistance. Amanda, was extremely helpful and very patient explaining differences in several pairs of boots / walking shoes. Came out with a very comfy pair, that i might not have considered if looking by myself. Plus some 1/2 price socks and shirt. Great shop, good price. And thankyou again Amanda.

   A good option for reasonably priced outdoor wear. They have a decent children's selection, particularly for footwear at smaller sizes. We had previously found it difficult to get walking boots for young children but they have a good selection here.

   Ok just politely called about the debit card terminal and was rudley hang up on by the manager a young lady with terrible attitude who clearly has no communication skills. Thanks for a wonderful experience. AVOID

   We were let down by Evri who lost all our gear a week before we were heading off but the team here sorted everything, took the time to match our full order as best they could and were so patient with us when we returned part of the order when the online replacement turned up! The team were friendly and helpful, offering great advice on boots and layers to keep the kids warm. Everyone is quick to complain when things go right so I'm more than happy to be quick to write nice things when every goes well!!
