   We recently bought our first house and when enquiring who was best to go to for mortgage advice we were told by many to go to First Mortgage. I'm not surprised they were recommended so much because we had such a positive experience with them. We had little knowledge of getting a mortgage/buying a house so was glad to have Cameron and Katerina keep is right. They guided us through everything step by step and were quick to respond to any questions or queries. They put us at ease and made it as easy and straightforward as possible. Would definitely recommend!

   Had a great experience, they were so quick and helpful sorting a remortgage for my flat so I could buy a second place. Julie was lovely and explained my options very clearly, she did an amazing job going over it all and organising it so fast. She honestly went above and beyond knowing I had limited time to get it sorted and gave advice on which options would be quicker and offered to recommend a solicitor for me too. Max was also great with correspondence and made sure I knew they were there if I had any questions. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and I’d definitely use them again, everything was communicated so well and the service was fantastic

   Cannot fault working with Cameron and Katerina at First Mortgage Aberdeen. They were so pleasant and incredibly helpful. Cameron helped us plan out what we could borrow in order to maintain a reasonable and sustainable lifestyle. He secured us our ‘mortgage in principle’ quickly. Once we had a house offer accepted, Cameron was reassuring and clear at walking us through all our mortgage options and dealt with all the paperwork and admin in a friendly but professional manner. Once our mortgage offer was through both him and Katerina were there to walk us through what all our next steps were and all the options First could provide us. Katerina was very helpful answering all our questions in the lead up to the move and checking in with us often. Very much enjoyed working with them both in this process and we will be coming back to them at the end of our fixed term mortgage period.

   My and my partner contacted First Mortgage, Holburn Street, Aberdeen at the end of April looking for advice and assistance with our first joint mortgage. Less than 3 months after the initial appointment we are moving into our new home! We have been extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of Chris and Megan, who have been flexible and very helpful in arranging remote meetings due to our holidays. This is amazing since their service is 100% free. Everything was explained easily to help us understand and all staff were very friendly.
