    I have used this company since 1999. I have had 3 covers over the last 25 years. They have always given me exceptional service even though I am in North London. The product is beyond amazing. Safe to stop kids and pets falling in the pool and also it maintains the heat in the pool water. I definitely would recommend them.

    DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BURGE POLE!!. THE COVER DOESNT WORK IT HAS BEEN STUCK CLOSED FOR A WEEK AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT. THEIR EXCUSE IS THAT WE HAVENT PAID BUT I HAVE SHOWN THEM PROOF THAT WE HAVE PAID IN FULL. APPALLING ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DREADFUL FOR A PRODUCT THAT COST OVER £15,000. DO NOT USE THEM.
