We were just in the store, looking very lost around the professional hair care products when Bailey asked if we needed any help (a rare thing for people to approach you and freely offer assistance). Bailey was incredibly knowledgable on the range of products available and helped me pick out the right things. Canβt wait to try them! Thank you very much, you brightened up our day.

I just wanted to say a massive thanks to Celine at the No7 counter, Boots, Derbion. I had limited time running up to the wedding to get my skin tone matched for makeup trials (poorly parents). I had to pop into Boots for a few bits and bobs, by the off chance I saw Celine at the No7 counter and asked if she could match my skin tone. She said come and sit down, I said I'm sorry I don't have time. She said follow me, tried 2, only two foundations on my jawline and matched my skin tone perfectly. Within 5 minutes, my skin tone was matched, i had paid and was leaving the store with the best matching foundation I have probably ever had. Thank you Celine, you were kind, agile and incredibly knowledgable. Because of you No7 was used for my wedding make up and they now have a life long customer. You are an asset to both No7 and Boots. Thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to recognise the amazing service I received from Bailey at Boots. From the moment I walked in, Bailey was warm, approachable and genuinely eager to help. He didnβt just point me to the right section, he took time to listen to what I needed, made thoughtful suggestions, and even explained the differences between products so I could make the best choice. Itβs rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a kind, personal touch. Bailey turned what could have been a quick errand into a really positive experience, and I left feeling looked after and valued as a customer. Thank you, Bailey, for going above and beyond. Boots is lucky to have you!

Was given the wrong information on an offer. We were sold items as a 3 for 2 deal but they were instead buy one get one half price, this meant we overpaid by just under Β£20 as we put the items through as two lots of 3s (to get the best deal). We went to another Boots the next day and the issue was promptly resolved there.

Large boots store with everything you need. We had a number of points vouchers to use and asked the lady at the queue if we could wait for one of the manned tills. We were told not, and as we expected the lady must have been over at least 6 times so help out with all the vouchers as they kept on throwing up errors. We were told it was too busy to wait for the manned till but it would have saved us and her so much time to have waited just one turn.

I will start with I usually have no issues with service at boots and everyone is friendly. However today at the Intu Derby Boots store I came across a really rude and unhelpful man that was on the cashier desk at the Photo boots area. There were items I got that stated they are on discount if I use my advantage card which I presented but the discount did not apply, he didn't bother helping me so I didn't buy them as he wanted to charge me full price for something that was on discount. On top of that wanted to use my gift voucher to pay and he said it didn't work when in fact I was later able to use online on Boots website. So I went in to buy at the store as I thought it will be more convenient but it was more of an inconvenience than anything. Really disappointed with the customer service.

Very good for choice and full range of products and speed of service (very important) but the designer brand makeup area is now extremely annoying. Even if you try to browse a member of staff immediately jumps on you, tries to interrogate you and tries numerous products on you that you don't even want. It's like peaceful browsing is not allowed anymore and they dont like you touching things. If you buy something they immediately try to persuade you to buy something with it "what about this brush? What about this face powder?" etc.. So many times I've come away with extra items that I didn't even want because their persuasion skills are strong. Be aware. I now run away as soon as someone jumps on me. They must be on commission.

The boots app is buggy and the shop itself is difficult to navigate for a large store. Products are unbeatable though and has a pharmacy and spectacles service. The boots points system is probably the best out there, lots of points awarded to spend in store.
