   I bought a Garmin vivoactive 5 watch from here in September and it's still working as it did when I bought it. Having spotted it in the window while walking past the shop, I mulled it over, and called the shop from home. After discussing the condition of the watch on the phone, the staff member said he would take it off display until I could come in to collect it. It came boxed and was totally unused without a single blemish on the case or the glass and the price was so unbelievably low that I thought they'd made a pricing error. This watch has never let me down and even automatically updates it's firmware whenever you're in range of Wi-Fi so it's always up to date. I'm not sure what some of these customers experiences stem from, but I found staff to be friendly engaging and happy to help. This is cash converters, not Rolex or Cartier, so if you want a glass of bubbly and a manicure while you wait to be served, maybe try somewhere else. That being said obviously blatant rudeness or poor customer service shouldn't have to be tolerated. I thought I would just put across my own personal experiences with the Derby shop. Well done guys and I'm a big believer of credit where credit's due, so here's my two penny's worth of feedback! Happy New Year (it will probably be a bit strange, reading this in June or July).

   Excellent customer experience. Came in for a laptop, walked out with a laptop and a beautiful Telecaster for a steal. Staff was great, Dean sorted me right out. Never even got in trouble for the guitar. Once again, exclusive and excellent service and product.
