I was a tenant of a flat they managed for 2 years and I have nothing bad to say about them. As a student I had leased a couple of flats before under different agents & had issues - none of which were repeated with Benefactors. Whenever I got in contact with them about any issues or wanting updates they were responsive & very professional. When I got unlucky with a contractor visiting the flat they took my concerns seriously & quickly took effective action. They are very trustworthy & helpful. As a tenant, I could not recommend them enough!
Tenant Review - I would highly recommend Benefactors to any tenant. The service they have provided to me has been first class. They respond to queries really quickly and make you feel they are working for you, not just their client, the landlord. Although very professional, they are approachable and helpful. I have had help with a couple of small repairs in the property I previously rented and this was carried out quickly and with no fuss or disruption. I really cannot fault James and his team.
