Pam is friendly and very professional, and knows how to handle my dog and put him at ease. At first, my dog was nervous and a bit worried, but after a couple of sessions, once my dog had got use to the routine, he now gets really excited about going, and barks all the way there. His mobility has improved immensely.
This was my first time. I appreciated the gentle approach to getting my 13 year old dog used to the pool. She had a great time. Thank you.
