   Since moving to Trinity Factors I've noticed a vastly improved service compared to our previous Factor. Our development is quite demanding but nothing seems too much trouble. Paula Roberts and her team seem to have the experience, desire, and contacts to deliver for their clients. Communication is excellent and I find Paula to be professional, courteous, and effective in her role as property manager.

   As a new landlord, I found Jo at Trinity Factors extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was efficient and the service offered, very professional.    Paula Roberts at Trinity has restored my faith in property factors. Along with her team, she has helped smooth the transition from an inept factor, who had basically given up managing our development, to providing a very proactive service. We now have confidence that repairs and maintenance work will be progressed and that the best rates will be negotiated. Communication is excellent and chasing development debt has been particularly impressive. Highly recommend Trinity, for anyone looking to secure an effective property management service.

   Bad letting agent. Simple as that. Hellish tenancy with them. If you want an exemplification of their poor service, have a look at the replies to this comment section. They are replying with personal information of tenants/guarantors on this public forum in order to embarrass them. FYI, majority of the good reviews here are just stakeholders.

   Very professional and friendly approach from Judith throughout. Judith ensured we were constantly kept advised from the pre-advertising inspection through to the leasing of our property. Advice was given prior to marketing to ensure we were up to date with certifications and standard of property. Judith also took time to introduce me to other members of the lettings team, particularly Hannah, whom has dealt with a lot of the leasing administration. We couldn't have asked for a more caring and professional approach, thank you Judith.

   Judith Ritchie is a property powerhouse! I had the pleasure of seeking her advice and support in considering how best to navigate the lettings world and was put at great ease by her clear knowledge of a very technical legal transaction which the ignorant amongst us could get terribly wrong. Judith was very approachable and demonstrated a depth of knowledge of letting and the Aberdeen market that seemed beyond compare. You could see from the get go that your property would be in safe hands and well managed, plus no question seemed too silly and she'd an answer to them all.
