Ordered a lovely basket of Autumn flowers online , there appeared to be a glitch in the system which resulted in showing that the flowers were to be delivered to me in Cornwall and not to Belper ! A quick call to Beverley at Floraline sorted the issue immediately and they were able to deliver the flowers on the day and not the following day (the Internet would only allow following day deliveries ) . The flowers were lovely . Thanks for a great service.....just shows that speaking in person often results in a better service being provided. Thanks again
I cannot thank Beverley enough for all her help today. My friend from the US contacted me as she wanted to send her daughter some flowers for her birthday who lives in the local area of Floraline. I did some research and found Floraline. My friend wanted something to send to her daughter so that her daughter knew that even though they were parted by many thousands of miles, she was loved. Beverley couldn't have done more on the telephone for me. She helped choose the right flowers to send, wrote the message and delivered them the same day! Tears of joy were shed on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean! Beverley clearly goes above and beyond for her customers and local community, even delivering flowers to the local care home for free to help cheer up residents. During this time we all need a Beverley in our town/village and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who needs flowers delivered.

I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered to our friend to cheer her following her fathers' funeral. I think if you order from a picture/ photograph, it is merely an impression of what may be available and how it may look and that realistically, you're in the lap of the Gods as to what is actually delivered. BUT we needn't have worried. I have received two photographs from my friend who is delighted. It is indeed a beautiful arrangement, delivered exactly as we asked so that the flowers were waiting for her when she got home.
