Kim was very helpful when we spoke on the phone and was very responsive to my emails. The funeral wreath had beautiful attention to detail and was just as I'd envisaged. Thank you for your help and great work. Would definitely recommend this florist business to others.
Disappointing. There were better bouquets in Sainsbury's for £10 - I paid £30☹️
I popped in to pick up some flowers for my partner who wasn't feeling well. I only had a rough idea of what I wanted, the florist was very accommodating and put together a beautiful autumnal bouquet. My partner was delighted, it really made her day. Highly recommend.
The flowers for our wedding were perfect and lasted well after the wedding. Amy was great in communitcating and very patient with additions to the order we had. The flowers were beautiful in style and quality.
Ordered a 'Hot Summer Gift Box' from Interflora costing £45. This was to include timed delivery, between 3-5pm. The shop refused to accept the timed delivery, then failed to leave the flowers with any neighbours despite there being numerous options. In a bizarre call with the staff, my wife was invited to drive the 25 mile round trip to pick up her own surprise flowers! The flowers arrived a day late, dried and with some brown petals. Including greenery, only 13 stems delivered! Completely laughable and pathetic. Awful service and an insult to my wife. Flowers in the bin, full refund received from Interflora. I would never use this shop ever!!
I ordered flowers here today as I have done for birthdays and mother's day for many years. As always they delivered a beautiful bouquet and I just received a text from my step mum thanking me for the 'Glorious flowers" which she goes on to say are "stunning". If my step mum is happy then I'm happy, and The Flowershop have always lived up to expectation in this regard. Thank you so much, keep up the good work.
