I would not recommend this company as a good employer. I applied for a job with them and after having an interview was asked to attend the place of work the following week to be shown what to do and arrange a start date. I received no contract or any paperwork despite chasing several times and being told each time it was being processed. I missed the first day I was due to work as I still did not have the paperwork. Again I was told not to worry it was on its way and I should now start work the following week. Then next week I still had no paperwork, I chased again but heard nothing. The day I was due to start work I did not attend due to having no contract in place, no one called to check why I didn’t go and I’ve heard nothing from them since. They messed be about from start to finish and completely wasted my time doing the interviews, attending the premises to be shown the job and the constant chasing. In over 20 years within the cleaning industry, I have never experienced a company like this Would avoid this company as a place to work.

Our Account Manager ensures holiday and sickness absentees are always covered and a digital report is available after each clean that is useful at our monthly Management Meetings. Proceed have also introduced us to ProLogic. We now have robot hoovers and mops that have revolutionised our cleaning process! These offer a huge time saving and long term cost benefit. Tasks that were otherwise neglected by our previous cleaning solutions providers, due to time/manpower constraints, are now being addressed.
